Everything about everything

A Boundless Guide to the Wonders of the World and Beyond.

God

God – Benevolent creator of the universe and everything in it. Infinitely Creative. Infinitely intelligent. Infinitely wise. Infinitely kind. Infinitely compassionate. Infinitely powerful. Infinitely just. Infinitely personal. Infinitely impersonal. Infinitely concrete. Infinitely abstract. Infinitely mysterious and paradoxical. A being completely beyond human comprehension.

Righteousness

Righteousness Defined – God is all loving and the very definition of Righteousness in every single detail of every single situation.  He is our finest exemplar and role model as we come to know Him and see his character. He has shown us the way in the past through his word.

The 10 Commandments

The Lord gave the 10 Commandments to the Israelites when He revealed Himself to the world for the first time.  Much of Christianity has disregarded these Commandments as antiquated as many of them are incorporated into the teachings of Christ Jesus.  However,  there are many finer points that are lost in translation, serve as pitfalls, and are not to be overlooked.

1. You shall have no other gods before me.

2. You shall not make for yourself an idol of any kind or an image of anything in the heavens or on the earth or in the sea. You must not bow down to them or worship them, for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God who will not tolerate your affection for any other gods. I lay the sins of the parents upon their children; the entire family is affected—even children in the 3rd and 4th generations of those who hate me. But I lavish unfailing love for a thousand generations on those who love me and obey my commands.

3. You shall not misuse the name of the LORD your God. The LORD will not let you go unpunished if you misuse his name.

4. Remember to observe the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. You have 6 days each week for your ordinary work, but the 7th day is a Sabbath day of rest dedicated to the LORD your God. On that day no one in your household may do any work. This includes you, your sons and daughters, your male and female servants, your livestock, and any foreigners living among you. For in six days the LORD made the heavens, the earth, the sea, and everything in them; but on the seventh day he rested. That is why the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and set it apart as holy.

5. Honor your father and mother. Then you will live a long, full life in the land the LORD your God is giving you.

6. Thou shalt not commit murder.

7. Thou shalt not commit adultery.

8. Thou shalt not steal.

9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.

10. Thou shalt not covet your neighbor’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s wife, male or female servant, nor his ox, or donkey, or any thing that is your neighbor’s.

Pitfalls

One major misstep of Christianity today is completely disregarding Mosaic Law and the Mosaic Covenant. Jesus stated that he came to fulfill the Mosaic Law and then gave us the Two Great Commandments: “love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind” and to “love your neighbor as yourself”. This was meant to simplify our understanding of the 10 commandments, but modern Christianity has in many ways used it to erase what that first Great Commandment actually means.

1. You Shall have No other God’s before me.

What are the “gods” that we place before God in our life? Do we dedicate more time to pursuing him and doing his work than any other job, hobby, past time, and obsession? Do we spend more time in DEDICATED worship to him without distraction than we do watching football on Sunday or whatever other pursuit? The sad reality so many times is that the answer is YES, and so much as we do, we’re in violation of this commandment.

2. You shall make no idols or worship them.

Putting nothing else before God is so important that he pretty much gave it 2 commandments. However the Israelites used to build effigies put their faith in objects to save them. Are we putting our faith in God Himself? Or creations of man and our technology? Rest assured that God is more powerful than anything that Man could ever create.

3. You shall not misuse the Lord’s name.

Words have incredible power. Even when we misspeak, it has repercussions on the spiritual and other planes as it creates disruptions to our efforts. God speaks eternal truth with every single word He utters. When we strive to do the same, it brings us into harmony with the universe, our will, and all of creation.

4. Observe and keep the Sabbath day holy.

If there is one commandment that most people fail at, including the majority of Christians, this is it. “But we go to church every Sunday, isn’t that what it means?” First of all, WRONG. And second of all, Shabat or the Sabbath literally means the 7th day which has always been Saturday. The Hebrews traditionally upheld it from sundown on Friday night (when their day started) until sundown on Saturday night. So here we are as Christians worshipping God on the day they used to literally worship the “Sun god” and the Jewish people that don’t even worship Jesus are among the only ones keeping the original Sabbath.

Well, I’ll let you in on the secret because I wrestled with this for years: God does not care what day or what hour you start or end your Sabbath on, so long as you keep it on a weekly basis for a period of 24 hours and abide by the following principles:

  • Refrain from doing “work” i.e. your daily job, working for money, studying non-spiritual things, gym time, and avoiding daily household tasks as much as possible.
  • Volunteer work and helping your neighbor is completely okay.
  • Refrain from buying and selling
  • Worship and honor the Lord as much as possible.
  • Family time is highly encouraged, especially when including bible study and teaching your children to abide by God’s Law.

“The Sabbath should work for Man, and not Man for the Sabbath.” Another Secret: The Sabbath is pretty much a magical tool for our use. When we choose to worship instead of work, we’ll be blessed even more so, including financially. When we choose to study God’s word instead of our schoolwork, he’ll bless us with the answers to the test when we need it. There is some grey area around buying though. Like what if we’re buying from a vending machine or just paying for gas at the pump? These are not that big of a deal. However, when we wantonly and intentionally disregard the Sabbath, we are only hurting ourselves. If you want to find out how much God is spiritually protecting you, go ahead and give this a try. Likewise, prove this concept for yourself. With the intention to change your ways if God reveals the principle to you, pray for him to show it to you in a way that will leave no doubt in your mind.

5. Honor your Father and Mother.

This is another commandment in which a large number of people do a poor job keeping. Families are a complex subject that we’ll address more in other areas (see… ), but part of life is being born into the circumstances that we are, and there can be a wide variety of that. In the pre-mortal existence, we agree to the situations that we incarnate into and God uses these situations to shape the challenges that will define our lives.

In this way, we can also look as absent parents as a blessing even. Would you rather have a super demanding parent that you have to appease all the time or an absent one that has no demand of you? Another secret: Why must we honor our father and mother? Not only because it’s just the right thing to do, but because fathers and mothers retain the right and authority to condemn their children into adulthood.

6. You shall not commit murder.

As opposed to killing someone in self-defense or wartime. There is a difference and if you’ve had to do it, don’t let the guilt get to you.

7. You shall not commit adultery.

Note: adultery is not having sexual intercourse “outside of marriage.” It is intentionally and willingly having intercourse with someone behind your spouse’s back. It is a violation of trust and shameful betrayal of your family.

Having sexual relations in an “open marriage” (though not necessarily a smart choice) is a mutually agreed upon principle and of no condemnation in the eyes of the Lord by itself. Proper care and upbringing of children is still very much a concern however. Sex is a very complex topic and is addressed much more in the ______ section.

8. You shall not steal.

The amount does not matter so much as the principle. God knows your intentions whether you’re outright robbing people or borrowing things without any intention to return them. Karma and fairness in the universe operate with the exactness of a computer program and anything of value that you have acquired through dishonest deals, dirty business, rigged games of chance, outright deceit, or scandals and political corruption is subject to revocation. All things acquired through your honest hard work fall under the righteous protection of God to his followers and cannot be taken from you without giving you proper standing and grievance if you choose to petition God for such an offense.

There is much to be said about gambling, markets, and stock trading. Though it is a dirty area of greed and unsavory characters, it is not outrightly wrong. All things go back to intention and if a person seeks to acquire wealth for righteous purposes then his efforts will be blessed. However, money is the domain of the Enemy and he will petition God for your earnings to be stripped for the smallest of infractions. Extreme caution is given to those that choose to climb the spiritual ladder and simultaneously combat the Enemy in the arena of finances.

9. You shall not bear false witness.

Once again, our words have power and to knowingly lie to condemn an honest man is a serious sin if his life is to bear the consequences of unjust punishment. If these lies are not directly returned to you in your lifetime, then they will be to your progeny. Which would you rather?

10. You shall not covet your neighbor.

Or the Kardashians, or whatever famous person is the latest flavor. It’s one thing to say “Wow, that would be nice to have” or “Gosh, I wish I could afford a house like that for my family”, but it’s a whole other level to lust after these things in a way that we’ll compromise our moral integrity in order to attain them.

Your Need for a Savior

Given this refined understanding of God’s Commandments and the convoluted teachings found in our world, it’s quite easy to understand that there is no sinless person that lives in this world, even if we “never knew any better”. God is the laws of our universe, and they do not change. Therefore, how are we to balance the contrary of his infinite justice and his infinite mercy? There lies his Son, Jesus Christ, whom he sent to the earth that His Law might be fulfilled. That we might be given an escape from the torment of the enemy, an advocate with The Father, and a path to our eternal salvation. Every single person on this earth has a need to be freed from our sins and much more will be said about the specific way that this works later on.

Miracles

God is a God of miracles. He always has been, and he always will be. These rare manifestations of his power are our blessing to behold His infinite grace and goodness. Miracles are powered by FAITH and faith alone. They happen every day and all around his righteous followers, yet we all to often dismiss them as coincidence or downplay their significance.

Nothing is what you think it is

Our universe is a simulation. Is that the cool way to say it these days? The truth is that nothing is what we think it is. Our individual beliefs combine and make up our collective beliefs. Our collective beliefs steer the experience of our physical reality. Our science is science and true, but only so long as we believe it is and if we do, then we will continue to perceive it as such. If we have a double-blind study to negate the results of the placebo effect does it in fact do so? Or if a drug is backed up by a double-blind study, does that just give us more reason to believe and have faith that it will work in the first place?

Disease

Disease is simply our body telling us that we need to change something. Many times these stem from beliefs and emotional blockages. Buried emotions have a way of festering like a wound underneath the skin until they become too much for us to bear. We can develop a sensitivity to our emotional well-being through meditation and mindfulness practices as well as having the courage to dive into the depths of our soul through therapy and self-exploration.

The secret: People will be cured by whatever “thing” they believe in their heart of hearts that will cure them. So what is it that we’re putting our faith in?

Death

Death is simply a transition. As thousands of Near-Death Experiences have explained, the consciousness and soul are eternal, and the body is merely the vessel in which they reside for this temporary season. After death we transition the complex spirit realm which is another dimension overlayed upon our physical world. Some spirits choose to sleep in their graves, peaceably until resurrection, while other traumatized spirits haunt the places of their death as they unceasingly refuse to come to the shock of their traumatic death. In moments of extreme energy they’re able to cross over into the physical realm where we occasionally perceive them.

Heaven and Hell

Among the conscious spirits that are able to accept the fact that they are no longer living and choose not to rest, there exists a gradient of experiences. The souls of a higher vibration that have chosen to follow the light are blessed by angels. They are given jobs in heaven and often minister consciously and unconsciously to their descendants as “guardian angels”. They are given freedom of movement to higher planes where they’re able to be closer to God and even behold his glory. They continue on, with full volition and retention of their personality as they work for the betterment of all and the glory of God, bringing the Kingdom of Heaven to Earth, one small piece at a time.

There are many spirits that remain trapped by their vices after they cross over. Their sick perversions remain with them and their only satisfaction comes from “living them out again.” However, they no longer have physical bodies, and are left unable to feel their experience as concretely as they did when incarnate. This leaves them clinging to the fleeting moments with all the strength of their existence. They are trapped in a Hell. A place that they are unable to escape because they have no light to see the way to redemption. In the spirit world, their shouting’s  come across to us as whispers or a subconscious pull to their influence to do all of the behaviors they were consumed by in the flesh. The more we listen to these voices, the more they become “our demons”. And when we succumb to their demands, they’re able to possess our bodies for a very short period of time as our vibration comes into agreement with them. Alcohol (especially in excess) and drugs open up ourselves to this possession as we relinquish control of our faculties.

For others, this possession can become a much more enduring event. Especially to traumatized individuals, these demons pose themselves as friends. Protectors and the only one who cares about the victim. Over time, their constant influence will distort the person’s perception reality, even to the point where they might disown their family or spouse, and betray the things that they hold most dear. Is it the physiological drug that is so addicting? Or the way that it opens the person up to dark spirits, and the short term reward that they’re given?

Energetically speaking, sex and the human orgasm is one of the most powerful events that can happen in the physical world with reverberations echoing throughout the entire spirit universe. The reason that sexual deviancy is rampant in our world is that during the moment of energetic release, dark spirits are able to tap into this energy. They’re able to briefly feel the sensations that they once did, and for a body that is able to walk through a wall, that is really intense. They lead their victims further and further down the rabbit hole. More pain = more energy released. More life force released = more life force they’re able to consume. At the moment of release, the purity of intentions and heart = the path that the energy will flow.

Pureness of union allows for the energy to go out into the universe with righteous purpose, that it may return with blessings 1000 fold. The further deprecated the physical acts and the couple’s intentions are, the more the energy is stolen and siphoned off to be absorbed and channeled to evil purposes. In extreme cases, the powerful sexual energy that is released is enough for complete possession of the inflictor and they are able to channel raw, dark energy into their victim, that may even result in lifelong injury.

The Spiritual Ladder

As we climb higher on the spiritual ladder, we are guaranteed to face much opposition. Many times this comes by way of physical challenges, usually in the area that hurts us the most. These are clever tricks of the Enemy designed to break us down, dishearten us, challenge our faith with hopes that we turn our backs to God. It is critical for us to realize that although God allows these challenges to afflict us, they stem from a petition on behalf of the Enemy and they do not come from God. Ultimately he will use them to better us, just as “no weapon formed against us shall prosper”.

Playbook of The Enemy

Especially as we work to climb the spiritual ladder, the enemy will work harder and harder to ensnare us in a multitude of traps, temptations, false paths, lies, and deceptions. The enemy wants you to be miserable and desolate so that you may be easily preyed upon. Following the ways of God and Jesus Christ, ALL of these weapons against us shall fail in the end, and here’s how:

God’s power is totally beyond time and it has been said that when we repent, he literally remembers our sin no more. Talk about a paradox! We have the power to make the most powerful being in the universe to forget our mistakes! This is in fact a miracle, and again, it goes back to the thoughts and intentions of our hearts.  When we repent, it literally works the same way that we think of time travel. We’re able to travel back in time and change the thoughts and intentions that we had at the time!

Here we see the true power of forgiveness as well to heal the emotional scars and traumas of our past. However, this is also why sin such as murder is so destructive and serious. We alone are unable to bring life back into that body which we took it from.

The enemy will often times try to get us to break our covenants with God and take this opportunity to drag us through the mud even further. Rest assured that God is willing to restore that covenant with us even to the moment that we’re able to repent with all our heart and have repaired the damage that we’ve caused. God is particularly sensitive to a time when someone deliberately breaks their covenant with Him. He takes them more serious than us in a lot of ways and will send messengers to prevent you from going down that path, or to call you out while there’s still time to turn around. Conversely, when we make difficult decisions slowly and prayerfully, we can trust that He will turn us around when we are led astray.

Let’s look at an example maybe not quite as serious though. There are countless people at high levels of government and business that have been involved in dirty cover-ups of the truth. They’re made deals in with evil in many cases in dirty business for things to get handled in a less than moral way. Now, it’s not to say that this will be a simple thing to do, but when they whole-heartedly repent and follow through with action to back it up, say, by becoming a whistleblower; then the intentions of their past are now over-written. And when they acknowledge before God that despite all, their performance was far from perfect; God is invited into this space in their life to craft all the hardships and trials into such an incredibly beautiful story that only the master artist and greatest of poets could come up with.

So many love to pin the works of evil on God because He created it. But no, although He did create the being, he gave them free will and they chose to do evil. Everything that God does is Good and Righteous.

The power for us lies in our heart, and the thoughts and intentions, the will, must be through and through authentic.

Purification

Especially as we work to climb the spiritual ladder, the enemy will work harder and harder to ensnare us in a multitude of traps, temptations, false paths, lies, and deceptions. The enemy wants you to be miserable and desolate so that you may be easily preyed upon. Following the ways of God and Jesus Christ, ALL of these weapons against us shall fail in the end, and here’s how:

So it goes with your life. You must go over everything with a fine tooth comb and give yourself fair objective criticism to your errors. You may have wrongs that need to be righted. You may have a lot of things to repair. Maybe things are unrepairable, and you need to rid yourself of some toxicity. He will guide you through this entire process as you invite him into all areas of your life. Just like the show Hoarders, often times our physical life is completely wrapped up into our stuck and buried emotions. This all must be uncovered, gone through, and dealt with as we seek to purify our lives.

It can be a long journey, but it can also be as short as you have the capacity to change and surrender to the ways that He guides you to. Purification is about becoming the best version of yourself for the most important date you’ve ever had. No idols shall go before Him means that you have to let go of all of your selfish desires in order to meet this bar.

Purification lies in all aspects of your personality. Physical, Emotional, Mental, and of course, Spiritual. You can no longer hide parts of yourself in the closet from Him. Your deepest buried emotions must come to the surface and be assimilated into your being. Your darkest times and most shameful moments must be dealt with and confronted. Amends need to be made where required and all debts need to be repaid.

Slowly but surely, you’ll get there. You’ll be functioning at a level where you’re at your best, but by no ways does that mean that it’ll feel like all pleasantries. Dealing with skeletons of our past can be the most difficult thing that we might ever have to do, but with God’s grace and the atonement of His Son, we can be made whole again and be reborn without the weight of our past holding us down. Truly, this is one of those areas where the Atonement of Jesus Christ is the only thing that is able to cleanse ourselves from past regrets. Remember that you are forgiven as fast as you can whole-heartedly bring yourself to ask for it.

Consecration

Eventually things will get lighter, and once we have made significant steps in the purification of our lives, it is then our proper place and role to offer “our sacrifice” to the Lord in our efforts to grow closer to him and invite him into the deepest parts of our life.

Consecration of our lives means letting go for us. We let go of all of our physical belongings and give them to him. We let go of our most dearest “possessions” which might even be our children, our spouses, or our families. Nothing else before him. This is where Abraham went to sacrifice Isaac. Walking in the faith of the goodness of God he willingly followed the Lord’s commandment and brought his most beloved son to be sacrificed.  The Lord provided a way, with a ram in the thicket, as he also created this beautiful story to teach all the world of this principle.

Your trials may not come with such a primal situation as Abraham, but know that when you’re in this stage of your journey, it is only a matter of time before the big trial is coming. The Lord loves to test us in the smallest ways when we least expect it. Our entire effort of consecration comes down to passing this test as we show our obedience, humility, and faithfulness to chase and thirst after a closer relationship with our Father in Heaven. Relax. If you fail the first time around, he will surely give another chance when you persist in humility.

Also, it should be mentioned that when we “give things to the Lord”, rarely does he actually take them  from us. But many times he’ll ask you to put your money where your mouth is. Consecrating your possessions to the Lord means that if he requires you to give away your entire wealth, your home, car, and prized relic, you do. And without the slightest bit of hesitation. The demand asked to the wealthy will no doubt be severe, but those that have accumulated much money by not freely sharing it will be required to prove that it is less important to them than having the Spirit of The Lord in their lives.

Covenants

Maybe you didn’t even realize that you entered into a covenant with God, but if you were married before Him in a church, you have. Covenants have always been God’s way of working with his children and it is a formal, legally binding agreement for both parties. I think you can probably guess which side is always the first to break it and which side never does.

Covenants basically come in 2 varieties:

  1. Covenants we make as we climb the spiritual ladder
  2. Covenants involving 2 parties coming together to make an agreement before God (like marriage)

Various Covenants as we climb the spiritual ladder:

1. Baptismal Covenant (The New Covenant)

This has various names throughout Christianity, some of which include: being baptized, taking upon yourself the name of Christ, being saved. Although the clearest way to actually enter into this covenant is to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ or have this performed as an ordinance, it is actually possible to obtain through the power of your faith and prayer. If you commit yourself and your life to following Jesus in your heart, then it’s pretty much that simple- God will enter into this covenant with you.

With that being said however, there are few things in life that can have such a powerful effect on your entire mind, body, and soul as choosing to submerse yourself in water. Especially later on as you climb the ladder, the enemy loves to point out technicalities and might use the fact that you weren’t water baptized or maybe you weren’t fully submerged to claim that your covenant is invalid. Some churches being  strict in their baptism prefer to leave no room for error, but these claims from the enemy are all a ploy to get us to walk away from our faith, like everything is a child’s game.

However we enter into this baptismal covenant, when we do, God grants us freedom from all sin, eternal life in the spirit, a place in His Kingdom, and the promise of the resurrection. This promise, although so incredible, is only step one however. God has so much more that he wants to give us and it is unfortunate that so many Christians stop here.

Also worth pointing out, there has been much debate in the past about technicalities such as “did so and so accept Jesus before they died?”, or “did they come back to the church before their last breath?”. These again are childish games. Though we don’t really know what it looks like entirely. the God of heaven has entire armies of mighty angels that reside in the spirit realm. They are ready to minister to all of his children even after they have departed from their fleshly bodies and this occurs especially at the request by faithful prayer of their now living ancestors.

2. Abrahamic Covenant

In Genesis 22, God made a covenant with Abraham that would be the first great example that we have in scripture. The Abrahamic covenant was also repeated to Isaac and Jacob and thus we see that it wasn’t just unique to Abraham. The 2 basic blessings of the Abrahamic Covenant available to ALL of us and they are:

  • A Promised Land
  • An Endless Posterity

The Abrahamic covenant was given unconditionally to Abraham, meaning that no matter what Abraham did, God would still continue to honor His covenant. As it was with Abraham, this covenant is available to us, but that doesn’t mean that we obtain it by default. Today there are many families that suffer from generational covenantal curses and their posterity has essentially been cut off and their lands have been taken.

After the dark ages and as the Puritans returned to righteousness, God even created a new “Promised Land” that would be founded in the principles of America. That is not to say that everything was perfect in the beginning, but the major groundwork that would later establish equality of races and sexes was laid. Further wars would need to be fought and blood spilled in order to cleanse the land of the iniquity that was accumulated even in the first 80 years of America’s founding.

Though the Abrahamic Covenant is unconditional, it is not overtly miraculous.

3. Mosaic Covenant

The Mosaic Covenant was formed with the Nation of Israel on Mt. Sinai and was a bilateral agreement where both parties had responsibilities: God promised blessings for obedience and curses for disobedience. This conditional covenant emphasized obedience to God’s laws in exchange for a special status as God’s chosen people.

This special status manifested in countless miraculous ways, many of which were captured in the Old Testament. Prophets of the old testament were people that thirsted after God and sought his face for so long that they eventually climbed to the upper heights of the spiritual ladder. Today, it is not God that has stopped blessing His Children as such. It is us that have fallen away, and lost the desire to climb to those same heights of the prophets of old.

One major misstep of Christianity today is completely disregarding the Mosaic Law and the Mosaic Covenant. When Jesus came to “fulfill The Law”, he did so in order to do away with animal sacrifice. The sacrifice now takes place within our hearts and through our possessions. This opened the door to the concept of consecration- A higher ideal that will be explored in a later  section.

The idea of Conditional Blessings from God, though much debated throughout theology,  remain evidenced throughout the record of the Mosaic Covenant and blessings to the Nation of Israel and its prophets. Opponents of the idea usually point to the concept that God’s salvation needs to be earned. Salvation is made available to all by a simple commitment or willingness to take upon themselves the name of Christ. They fail to recognize that salvation is merely STEP 1 on the spiritual ladder. Yes, God is so gracious that he pretty much gives it freely, but do you think Elijah was given the power to miraculously call down fire from heaven without ever having give anything to the Lord’s purpose, or without strict obedience to personal commandments that the Lord gave him?

The fact of the matter is that God recognizes each and every BIT of substance that we commit to his kingdom, whether it be obedience, time, money, good will, or effort through fasting and worship. One of the clearest examples of a Conditional Blessing is the blessing of tithing:

When we are faithful and generous with our tithing, he will ensure that not only we have enough money to meet our needs, he will also ensure that we have enough food, clothing, and shelter even in small miracles if needed. Through times of strain, people will show up randomly with our exact need. The car won’t break down. He will miraculously show up to bless us and he will even show us that it is from Him.

The Mosaic Covenant is conditional, but it is often times miraculous in it’s manifestation.

4. Davidic Covenant

“Many are called, few are Chosen”

The Davidic covenant serves as a profound demonstration of God’s unwavering faithfulness, love, and commitment to his promises. Despite the failures and disobedience of David’s descendants, God remains true to his word, ultimately fulfilling the covenant in Christ. The most striking aspect is its unconditional nature, meaning its fulfillment is guaranteed by God’s faithfulness, regardless of human obedience. God promises David an enduring lineage and kingdom, extending beyond his lifetime and any shortcomings of his descendants

In many ways it is a combination of the Abrahamic and Mosaic Covenants together where protection on God’s behalf is both Unconditional and Miraculous. Attainment of this level of a covenant with God is by and large extremely rare on earth. Those who rise to this level are required to:

  • Consecrate all areas of their life to the Lord
  • Demonstrate total obedience to God and the commandments that they are given
  • Complete repayment of debts both monetary and karmic
  • Emotionally heal all areas of their lives including familial and romantic relationships
  • They may be required to lose everything they consider valuable in their faithful pursuit of God, to include people in their lives
  • Prove themselves faithful through extreme trials and hardships

When a person reaches this level, they will most likely receive the message that they have been Chosen, however that by no means is equal to a miraculous change in their life circumstances. It’s akin to making your way through the very Narrow Gate and using your last strength to pull yourself up on top of a giant cliff. The terms of the covenant are to miraculously preserve your life and all of those under your domain.

With King David we saw this repeatedly as he was miraculously victorious in numerous battles.

With King Mosiah, we see how his sons knew that they would be, and were, miraculously preserved in battle.

With King Hezekiah we see that he was miraculously able to preserve his people. As he was ill on his death bed, he laid out the letter from Sennacherib on the altar and prayed before the Lord. He was able to be found faithful as a vassal king to his people and in answer to his supplication he was given 15 years to his life and the Lord’s promise to defend the city from the Assyrians. That night, an Angel of the Lord went out and slayed 185,000 Assyrians as the Lord fulfilled his promise to King Hezekiah under the terms of the Davidic Covenant.

King Hezekiah was also deathly ill and so we might be at the time that we are Chosen to receive this blessing. Or it is quite possible that the enemy might continue to attack us and oppress us. Under the Emperor-Vassal Model, we might also continue to suffer various afflictions in our lives for those in our domain, especially if we are a leader of a large group. Regardless, anyone that reaches this high covenant with the Lord will become a Rock that God will shape local, regional, and even global events around- All in order to fulfill His covenant to them.

The Davidic Covenant is both unconditional AND it is miraculous whenever needed.

The Emperor-Vassal Covenant Model

In ancient Near Eastern societies, the relationship between emperors and vassal kings was formalized through covenants that established mutual obligations and protections. These agreements were not merely political; they were deeply rooted in the social and religious fabric of the time. When a vassal king adhered to the laws set forth by the emperor, he ensured stability and order within his realm. In return, this loyalty bound the emperor to uphold his end of the covenant by providing protection against external threats and internal strife.

The covenant system functioned on a reciprocal basis: as long as vassal kings maintained their allegiance and followed the emperor’s laws, they could expect

  • Military support
  • Economic assistance
  • Legal protection for their subjects

This dynamic created a network of alliances that reinforced both local governance and imperial authority. The people under a vassal king’s rule also had an implicit obligation to follow their leader’s laws; in doing so, they contributed to maintaining peace within their territories.

When a vassal demonstrates unwavering loyalty to their emperor, even in the face of adversity, it establishes a bond that transcends mere allegiance. This relationship is not just about fealty; it culminates in an unconditional covenant where the emperor grants the vassal—and their descendants—a permanent right to the throne.

The implications of these covenants extend beyond individual relationships; they shape political landscapes and influence future power dynamics. In today’s context, understanding Biblical precedents can provide valuable insights into modern governance structures and leadership strategies.

The vassal king acts as a surrogate for his people, representing their interests and concerns in matters related to the emperor’s rule. This dynamic creates a bond of responsibility; while the emperor provides protection and legitimacy to the vassal’s reign, the vassal must maintain order among his subjects and uphold their allegiance to imperial authority.

God uses this Emperor-Vassal Model still in all of his covenantal positions of authority. Parents- YOU are the intermediary Vassal King between God and your children. When they transgress universal law, it will be translated to a grievance and burden that will be placed upon you, until they align themselves with the will of the Emperor (God). Your first reaction to this might be that it doesn’t seem fair when you see the wide disparage among families.

Remember: God’s will is to bring to pass the immortality and perfection of the Soul. Some families carry a heavier burden of iniquity that has passed down throughout generations. These remain largely unknown to people that are not spiritually in tune, but the exact amounts are precisely known by God. In each case, he hand-selects the souls that are uniquely equipped to be brought into a particular family and in the pre-mortality they agree to the main themes that will be prevalent in their lives.

God also uses the Emperor-Vassal model to manage Nation-states, Corporations, Churches, and their various bodies of governance authority. In these cases, the leaders of the institution serve as the vassal intermediary between God and the people. We see the pattern with the ancient Israelites that when they turned to evil they we’re given wicked kings. When the people turned God, they were given righteous kings that restored the kingdom and led the people back to prosperity. In the modern day, this very same principle continues on, however it’s much harder to observe due to the distribution of it’s effect throughout the governments of our nations.

With all of that said, I hope that this complex picture is beginning to emerge in your mind where we can see God’s work manifesting itself in our daily lives, both in the micro of our families, and the macro of our nations. Also given this interplay, we can see how monumental the act of ascending the spiritual ladder really is, and how when even ONE man (or woman) is successful at making significant progress, it can literally have nation-shaking ramifications. If even ONE person is able to achieve an unconditional covenant with God, it means that it is then impossible for evil to triumph in the world, no matter how much they will continue to try and persist in all efforts to overturn the chessboard.

You might ask, “Where does Jesus sit in all of that?” He sits at the right hand of The Father, ready to do his will. At some point, the enemy may decide to “go for broke” in the battle between good and evil. At that time, the world will grow to such a dark place that we may not see a path forward for our salvation. Rest assured that God will do everything needed to honor ALL of the covenants he has made with ALL of His Children, even if it means sending His Son to battle directly on our behalf.

Prayer and Fasting

Prayer and Fasting our like 2 of our most powerful “Superpowers” that when done properly allow us to circumvent the natural laws of the universe when we obtain God’s favor through our petition. They are definitely underrated in today’s world of Marvel Comic Movies, but make no mistake. If you want your prayers to be heard by Heavenly Father and for him to manifest his miraculous power in your life, you will be hard pressed to find anything quite so powerful. They are even more multiplied even stronger when used in harmonious groups.

The biggest mistake that people make is not being willing to accept God’s will or see his entire plan for the situation, so there is a logical component as well. One major way that we rarely see eye to eye with the Lord’s plan is when it comes to death and disease, especially within familial lines. Not to say that this happens all the time, but when a person is afflicted with a disease of their family, many times it is to help purify their family line. As they overcome those trials, their portion of the burden (wherever it stemmed from) is removed from future generations. This also includes cases where the illness is terminal, but sometimes it will come back to affect a descendent still living. Like an ancestral weight of iniquity karmic burden.

When prayers are said in alignment with God, it brings our whole being into closer harmony with him. This occurs in close relationship to our everyday words as well. When we strive to speak only truth in our everyday words, the power of our prayers are magnified, as well as our power to Declare.

The Power of Faith

Having faith that God with accomplish the righteous desires of our hearts is quite possibly the most powerful way that our personal will can affect the physical world. This power is amplified exponentially when fueled by pure Love for another or even an object that we pray for.

The Power of The Word

Our word is our power of creation, and it can either create a beautiful story or destroy everything around you. By being impeccable with your word, you can transform your life into a personal heaven on earth, free from fear and full of love and fulfillment. This step is crucial in our spiritual preparation because it sets the foundation for personal freedom and happiness by changing how you perceive and interact with the world around you.

In “The Four Agreements” by Don Ruiz, he speaks of “being impeccable with your word.” This means using your words in a way that expresses truth and love for yourself and others, rather than using them to judge, blame, or create divisions. It is considered the most important and challenging of his four agreements because it involves being conscious of how you use your words and ensuring they are used positively and constructively.

This has been alluded to in many other teachings, but his example of “being impeccable with your word” is spot on accurate. In this way, speaking sarcastically is like metaphysical confusion and as we knowingly speak something false, the result is disharmony and frustration of our personal power.

Declaring the Word

When our word truly is impeccable, we can formally pronounce and declare a prophetic word over something or someone with true authority (see Authority) and the power of God. As we continue to climb the spiritual ladder, we might even reach the heights of Elijah, but especially when this is very new to us, we must carefully and delicately listen to the voice and promptings of The Holy Spirit as we Declare His Word.

When we declare with our words, it most certainly happens with varying degrees of success at varying lengths of time. Most certainly it will occur in “God’s Timing”, but the success rate is chiefly dependent on 3 things:

  1. Our being in harmony with God’s will
  2. The strength of our Faith
  3. Our level of spiritual attainment and strength of our Covenant with God.

Priesthoods

We are born Sons and Daughters of God and carry an Ordination as Priests and Priestesses from even before this mortal existence. In a way, this speaks to the divine nature of our very beings that is reflective of the highest degree of possible attainment in our lives.

Over the years, Religion has been plagued by the implementation of many, many different priesthoods. It has been a useful tool, but it’s role and usefulness as an institution of man is soon coming to an end.

From Encyclopedia Britannica:

“Priesthood, the office of a priest, a ritual expert learned in a special knowledge of the technique of worship and accepted as a religious and spiritual leader.”

“Throughout the long and varied history of religion, the priesthood has been the official institution that has mediated and maintained a state of equilibrium between the sacred and the profane aspects of human society and that has exercised a stabilizing influence on social structures and on cultic organizations.”

Aside from the administration of various religions to its patrons, priesthood has been used as a control system in the hierarchical structures of many religions and especially in the different denominations of Christianity. In the milder forms they talk about how you have to make your way up to higher and higher levels of the priesthood, and then it is all controlled by a “divinely inspired man”.  In the more cult-like denominations, they talk about their power coming from an “unbroken line of authority” and often flaunt this to their followers in an appeal for their allegiance.

In almost all variations, women are left out in an ancient remnant of the actual patriarchy, as if their words don’t carry the same weight of a man’s and they don’t have a God given right to declare blessings over a loved one, much the less their own children.

What being ordained to an exclusive “high priesthood” does do however, is strengthen a person’s Power of Faith that their prayers and declarations will actually become a reality. Faith is ultimately one of the most powerful forces in our universe, and when paired with so many of the other concepts mentioned above, it’s maximum potential is manifest.
